Scott,

My AH 100-6 and 3000 workshop manual says 400 lb. in. for the cylinder head
studs and 900 lb. in. for the cylinder head nuts. These numbers seem high to
me but I'm not familiar with "lb. in." and would hope someone else can provide
a conversion to the foot pounds most of us are used to.

Hope this helps!

Subject: Head torque setting?

Hi all,
Anyone know the torque setting for the head bolts? My Kenneth Ball book
shows the sequence but says "tighten to recomended torque setting".

I cannot find the recommended.

Thanks!!
