If that is the case I don't know how much help the book will be, updated or 
not.  Many "Healey Blue" cars are painted with modern oem light blues from 
other manufacturers, and the more you study it the more you find that there 
are subtle to not so subtle variations even in factory Healey Blue.

I think your best bet would be for a competent body or paint shop try to 
match the paint for you, that and a good blend in job with the touch up and 
you should get decent results.
