I am not sure if it is the accepted method for doing it, but on acceleration thicker oil would slow the rise of the dashpot, restricting the air flow, and enrichening the mixture. Too thin or low oil will result in too lean a mixture on acceleration and a miss or sputter on acceleration. Greg Lemon 54 BN1 |
