I'm wondering were Coterie got the distribution list to send out the  
postcards announcing the book sale??? I have not down business with them 
before.  Or 
maybe I did without really knowing it!  Not that anyone cares but  for the 
record I have two of the books already. Both direct from Bill. Good read  for 
Healey folks.
