panel screw location

I'm replacing the interior in a BJ8 and am ready to install the kick 
panels.  I know that they are held at the top by the dash board support 
bracket, but I don't know the number and location of the other screws 
holding the panels in place.

Can anyone advise me about the number and location of the holes (my old 
body holes are welded up) as well as the size and a source for the 
screws?
