OT: harbor freight drill press

I very occasionally need a drill press. Harbor Freight has a table top for
$39.99, marked down from $89.99. Since I know nothing except that the price is
way cheap, I wonder if anyone has an informed opinion as to how well it would
meet needs of occasion user. Go to
