At the risk of being called rude, I humbly ask, "What are pot jacks?"

Listers,
Cast on the side of the pot jacks used in many of the big Healeys is the
sequence "PROVPAT" . It seemed like it should mean or indicate something.
However, a bit of asking and web searching has turned up nothing for me.
This
would not be the first time I have looked for something in all the wrong
places. But my bet is that someone on the list has the deep knowledge and
knows
what this is all about.
Does anyone know why it is there or what it is. One would tend do doubt
that Shelley would go through the work to put in the casting if they did
not
really want it there to communicate something.
Best Regards,
Bill
