Steve, I certainly hope it is not with a recent fan as I have installed 
several of these over the past few months.  I have a fair amount of dealings 
with 
Moss and they have been pretty good to tell me on more than one occasion if 
they have had a quality issue.  In fact if that is the case they have told me 
where to go to find what I need and have refused to sell the part even though 
they have it in their inventory.

Hope to hear more about this.
