A friend of mine with a BN-2 has a combined oil pick up and oil leakage
problem. They are not related and too complicated to get into here, and will
be addressed. In the meantime he can lose oil pressure on a fast uphill turn
for instance with the sump near a quart low. Makes a guy paranoid. So the
question is...how tolerant is Austin Four
about carrying extra oil in sump? Does an extra half quart make a problem? I
know from past experience and conversations with nollies {slang for
knowledgeable types]
that engines vary. My friend could use any safety margin
possible. While were at it, how about the six cylinder engine?
