BN1 - disc brake conversion w/ disc wheels

Question -

I'd like to convert my A90 Atlantic to front disc brakes (same bolt
pattern and axle as a BN1) but keep the same bolt pattern so I can
keep the 16" disc wheels on the car.

Anyone have any experience with something like this?
