The repro park/headlight switches for 100s (maybe early sixes as well) are 
crap, I have talked to others with similar experiences to mine, seems a 
simple item to get right, but mine left me without lights in the middle of 
thde night in the middle of Iowa a couple of weeks after purchase.

My brother picked me up a good used oroginal and it has been doing yeoman's 
service since.

This item is common to other british cars, I know TRs use them,.so would 
think it would be worth getting right.
