Put the car up on four good jack stands or a lift and locate the spots from
underneath where the bolts, washers and nuts will fit. Drill small pilot holes
from bottom up, finish drilling from the top and install. You'll have to
work around the frame members and my recollection is that the (only) location
that would work was pretty obvious.
