Parts for fog/spot lamps wanted

Oh wise and sensitive ones, I seek your knowledge - er   .  and spares,

 

I have a SFT 576 Lucas lamp that is missing the spacer washer and has a
cracked bit on the chrome mount point beauty ring.  (hahaha I am making
these part names up as I type, hope you get the picture). Anyone have a
source for these bits or perhaps have an extra left over they would part
with?
