I was just leafing through my new copy of Herve Chevalier's excellent
new book about the competition history of Healeys in the Marathon
Liege-Rome-Liege rallys. (the rally destinations changed during its life
and it was also known as the Spa/Sofia/Liege and Liege/Sofia/Liege)
In 1955, 2 100S's competed. One was the well known car OON 439, driven a
few months earlier in the Mille Miglia by DMH. The other was a Belgian
car with a registration number of BN273. It had a normal windscreen and
ran part of the rally with the top up. Neither car finished.
Anyone know if that second car is one of the cars that are still around
today?
