100/4 Cylinder head??

Being a Triumph guy, I know this isn't a Triumph head.  It might be
for a Healey 100/4 or ???  If your internet connection has web capability
and you've got a moment, check out http://fatchancegarage.com/100head
and see if you can identify this chunk of iron.  I'd appreciate some
assistance with this.
