Try Mike Muggy at www.muggyweld.com he has low temp specialty rods for pot
metal repair and some heat sink material that appears to work very well.

I first tried JB Weld. I thought it was on tight but after installing the
badge on my car I found it hanging from the one good pin. There is a lot of
pressure at the joint when the pin in installed through the hole in the
shroud.
