My recently turned 65 year old eyes must be deceiving me.
After relying on Editor Reid's flawless editing of the AHCUSA
"Austin Healey Magazine" for more years than I can remember,
I am confused.as to what might have transpired when he changed
hats.
Editor Reid's "First Edition" (first cover) of AHCA 1/2006 Healey
Marque Magazine, portrays a L/H drive Austin-Healey 100
(KOV 362) with what appears to be a female behind the steering
wheel and what appears to be a male sitting in the passenger seat.
Upon opening the magazine cover and reading the cover credits
I read (remember 65 year old eyes) that the "driver is Alan Jones"
(presumed to be male) and "the passenger is either Eleanor Scott
or Eirwen Davies" (presumed to be female).
Reid how can this be ???? ;-)) I am shocked !!!! ;-))
In the FWIW column,
To all who/whom have read this far, ORDER all the extra copies
you can of this edition, as this is a first, and I'm positive each copy
will be worth it's weight in Healey parts..
Kirk Kvam :-))
