What you're talking about is camber adjustment. My BN-2 doesn't have any
adjustment for that. In fact it only has a toe-in adjustment. Some
suspensions use an eccentric bolt at the top A-arm, to make that kind of
adjustment. Rotating the bolt causes the top of the wheel to come in and go
out. I think some people had made mods to the Healey front end to do this
kind of thing.
Check the condition of your spring and ball joints on that side and compare
the gaps to the other side. Also look at the rubber bushings for the
anti-roll bar.
