non-healey help needed

Hello listers:
My wifes 1997 T-Bird flasher relay decided to give up the ghost today. EASY to
find! HELL NO! I called the local ford dealership to find out where the
@#$%^&*()_  it is located. You would think I was asking them to dig up gold in
their mine.
Does anyone happen to know where the flasher relay is located in a 1997
T-Bird?
