I got the window and ventilator out by prying the ventilator flange over the screw stubs. I still have to remove them to reinstall the ventilator. Now the next problem. It looks like I have to take the glass out of the channels to replace the nylon guides. How do I remove the glass and just as importantly, how do I get it all back together with new rubber glazing? I have used WD40 as a rubber lubricant before. Is there a better way? Ned Smith BJ8 near Chattanooga, TN N34.98 W85.5 |
