As stated by others, the Pikovnik guide identifies Healey Blue as BU.02 with
an ICI formulation identifier of 2301M.  I believe ICI was acquired by PPG
and they therefore inherited the ICI original recipes.  PPG now list the
colour as ARG.BU2. The naming convention they adopted cannot be a
coincidence so it should be safe to assume that this recipe is as close as
they can get using modern formulations.
