Healey top frame? Can you identify?

I have a top frame I think is for a BN4. I cannot identify. I am looking at 
the drawing from the invaluable  Nock "Rare and Hard to Find Parts Catalog" 
pg 37. The hing looks a bit different. Hmmm.
