Stuck clutch

Listers,

I  started the Healey today and discovered that the car would not go into
gear.

I checked the slave cylinder and it is working with the clutch pedal
depressed.

I assume that the clutch is stuck to the flywheel.  Is there an accepted
method of breaking the clutch free, short of dismantling things?
