"i have have personally seen more stress related fractures on the
original metal fans with severe body damage resulting than on the molded
plastic kooler. i would venture to say the stress related kooler
failures are more likely because of engagement with something in the
cooling plane which will destroy the kooler.

That's funny, every year we go thru this on the list and I have yet to
hear of a metal fan going thru a AH radiator. Only seems to be the
Texas cooler, but hey I am not trying to sell you one.
