Patrick,
It is the steering wheel center that has the horn and turn signals in it.
Ken, I had a after market for my TR from the Roadster Factory and it was the
same quality as the original. I think most of the newer after markets are
very good quality.

G'day
I have been involved with Healeys and Austin-Healeys for close on to
forty years and for the life of me cannot recall seeing one fitted with
something called a "Control Head".
What does it mean? Is it a left over from the '60s when someone was
trying to control their consumption of wacky baccy?
A search on Google takes you to the question of head lice. Not a nice
subject but with 4 kids over ethe years I am conversant with it. Are
their head lice in my Healey and Austin-Healey? I don't think so.
Perhaps it's got something to do with the dreaded 'S' word and is only
practiced by consenting adults behind closed doors. I know it's Friday
(at least it is in Australia) but I suspect that I shouldn't go there.
Please put me out of my misery and someone one tell me what a "Control
Head" is?

Has anyone purchased an aftermarket control head? How does it compare
to the original ?
