BJ video, manifold plugs

What is that BJ Video???? Can it help me in my
restoration?

2nd question: You know those 2 plugs in the manifold,
near the firewall end, one big and brass, the other
small. ?  Well, mine seem to have vanished in the
garage somewhere unbeknownst to me. Anyone have a spare
of either one of those they could part with?
