Patton,
Now I see what you mean (in your pics) about the 2 extra holes. Looks like
they have the same spacing as the 2 larger turn button holes. This would be
alternate lations for the turn button. Ignore them.

Temporarily position the dash pad then come up from beneath with a sharp
scriber or small awl and mark the position of the screw hole, then drill
down through carfully. This should be fixed in place with a cup washer same
as door panel screws, etc. and a #6 phillips countersunk self tapping screw.
Don't forget the contrasting piping that will go along this edge see the
pics I already sent you. Even if your aftermarket black interior kit doesn't
have contrasting piping, get some black piping and position and glue it
along this edge to finish the end of the panel.
