Tracy, Somebody, probably the Nocks, have made Teflon or Delrin bushes. Those are much better than the original rubber ones. If you could get new rubber ones equal in quality to original, fine, but I doubt it. I access the bolts with a 1/4 inch drive socket set and many extensions, even from underneath the car.
