Hii All,
I went over to the paint and body guy's today, and got to see the car
as the last bits of Pacific Green paint is being sprayed. I am very
happy with the Pacific Green, and everyone is right, it photographs
much bluer than it looks live.
When I left, the bonnet, splash apron, and windshield posts are all
that is left with some minor touchup. The OEW coves have been
partially sprayed for color test and will be finished in the morning.
The engine will go in, and the body panels put back on, sand and buff
then home Thursday or Friday.
I wanted a good 5ft car, and I certainly am getting that. This car is
a far cry from the cheap respray I originally was going to put on it.
That being said, no one is going to mistake it for a Tanner
restoration either!
As soon as I get it back, I have start figuring out the new wiring harness...
