disc brake piston boots

Hello List:
I frustrated trying to get the boots over the pistons.  Here's what procedure
I'm following:
1  install rubber ring into the lower ring recess after coating it and the
caliper fluid chamber with fluid.
2  install the lip of the boot into the top ring recess.
3  try to make the boot come up around the bottom of the piston =
frustration.

Con someone tell me an easy way to get this together?
