OD replacements

Hi fellow listers,
 
Is there anyone in the Healey or British car market space that offers complete 
rebuilt overdrive units with or without core exchanges?  
 
Short of that, does anyone on the list have an OD unit is good working 
condition and willing to part with it.  
 
Short of that, anyone have a 5-speed conversion kit lying around collecting 
dust?  
 
I'm in need of an OD unit and/or alternatives, please contact me off list.
