coil springs, ride hight

Hi everybody  my car is 3/4" higher on the right side I removed the springs and 
on level ground they mesure 12"  could it still be that one spring is weak and 
still be 12" tall  .Its a left hand drive car could it be that a drivers  
weight over time can kill a spring.    Thanks Steve 58bn4
