Rick has a good point though. It seems that the predominant cars on the
Barrett Jackson auction this year are American muscle and rods and customs
from
the 50's and 60's. Could it be that the kids from those years who always
wanted a vette or chevelle or mustang or mopar, are (like a lot of us) into
their
50's and 60's and can now afford to go out and get that car they 'always
wanted'? It's driving up the price of those cars at a mad rate. Will 50's
and
60's Brit cars go up for the same reasons? Probably, to a certain extent.
Not that most of us have any inclination to sell, but it is interesting to
watch.
