rebuild 2 heater motors and my wiper motor assy.

Assuming I am correct, and simply touching one of the
wires to either
side of a battery should operate the blower fan, mine
isn't working.
I do know that current is running through it as I can
light a test
light if I put it in the series. The casing, and
everything else
looks great. Can the fan motor be serviced? Any
advise for testing
and troubleshooting.
