Further to my original question about the extra holes in the manifolds, the openings are blind-ended and don't enter into the the manifold. It does not look like any bolts were fitted and they are a coarse thread as mentioned by several listers. Were the early and late tricarb manifolds different in this regard? The size of the balance tube is bigger on the later tricarbs so the manifolds are presumably different too. Thanks for all the help Bruce Starke Golden BC |
