The internal spring loaded adjustment simply adjusts airlflow speed and
hence how far the little red thing jumps or does not jump when you stick it
on the carb. You simply adjust it until you get a reading on the meter
(when you put the gauge on the mouth of the carb the you should get a
reading somewhere towards the middle of the little clear tube). If you turn
the adjustment in it will increase airspeed (pressure) and the guage will
read higher, let it out and airspeed or pressure through the gauge will
decrease until you don't get a reading at all.
So simply adjust it until you get a reading on one carb, then keep it at the
same place when you are adjusting the other carb. (or carbs if a tri-carb).
