I agree. My 1960 BT7, completly original, never restored gets 20 - 21 MPG. Both my tri-carbs (ground up restorations, BN7 & BT7) get around 17. I have played around w/ the jet settings on the tri-carb cars, but can't seem to do much about their "poor" mileage.
