What are you using for an oil filter, and when was it last replaced? Could the
element be collapsing? Do you have a spin on adapter that might be oriented
wrong, or have a mismatched filter on it?
-Has the oil pickup screen on the pump ever been cleaned/replaced? Could there
be a "ton-o-sludge" in the sump?

I went for a quick spin to test the oil pressure. After about 1.5 miles,
the oil pressure went to zero and the infamous knocking started. Anyone
have any suggestions? Oil pump replacement?
