Can only cite my experience having R&R'd a servo recently.
I use a homemade pressure bleeder (Shraeder valve attached to
a modified reservoir cap, with 5psi or so from my compressor),
and bleed the brakes in the usual order (farthest first, etc.).
I've also bled the brakes using the "pump the pedal" method
after cylinder work with no problems. The fluid seems to travel
throughout the system with no restrictions (the servo essentially
has two additional cylinders that are plumbed in "parallel," not
"series").
