Yeah, Robert's right, Oh yeah, and for concours, that guck (technical term)
would cover up all of the attractive bits under there, heat shields, washers
spacers, fuel line, clips and clamps and wiring harness.... You wouldn't want
YOUR underneath bits covered with tar, would you????
