I bought a new grease gun today and proceeded to follow the maintenance
chart for lubeing the BT7. All went well until I came to the water pump. Is
the zerk supposed to be at about 10 o'clock on the pump facing the engine?
There is no zerk there but there is a round head screw and a fiber washer
that is plugging the hole. My guess is that some PO took the zerk out and
cross threaded the hole and couldn't get it back in. If that is where it is
supposed to be I will have to pull the pump and fix the problem. Advice
