Hi Rick,
Dave is pretty much right on in his description.
The crease in the front shroud panel should not be there. The two buffer
pieces preventing direct contact between painted valance and bumper inner
edge are a dark tan, dark brown or dark red sort of coloured rubber, 11/32"
diameter and were not painted.
The pan head phillips screws were backed up by flat washers, lock washers
and nuts.
