More speed = more horsepower = more heat.
Limited cooling air flow in or out of the radiator at higher speeds or
poor radiator efficiency. Or a tail wind. Most likely the radiator,
maybe it needs a real cleaning. Next - Is the lower horizontal baffle
in front of the radiator in place.
