Hi, Rudy -
The "O" is for overdrive-equipped. Cars without overdrive from the factory
would have an "S" instead of the "O" (Clausager, p. 87).

Subject: 100-SIX Serial number question
Bob,
According to the British Motor Industry Heritage on my car, the number is"
BN4L-0/36684
I don't know what the 'O' is for and have never had anyone question it.
Maybe someone on the list can help us.
Rudy
