Lubrication intervals (2nd attempt)

Hi list,

didn't get any response on my first inquiry, so here's my second.

My driver's handbook states a maintenance interval for lubricating all the 
grease nipples from underneath the car of 3 month. A lubrication chart 
purchased via ebay says 1 month. What is right? How often do you lubricate 
these points? Maybe that's a foolish question, but any help for a Healey newbie 
is appreciated. Thanks.
