At the Rhinebeck swap show I picked up an October 1953 test report of the new
100 by John Kingdon clipped from an unidentified sports car magazine. The
black and white photos are hard to tanslate into colors, but it would appear
from the contrast and the medium color tone that the car pictured may have
been a Healey blue.
the interesting feature on the BN1 pictured is that there is a white piping
around the opening in the interior vinyl door panel which matches the typical
white piping on seats and the tunnel flap. Does anyone have information on, or
perhaps a surviving example of, this detail? Was this just on early production
BN1's ?
