You are going from a dead stop so the OD won't be
engaged at this time... so slipping or bad OD pump
isn't the likely problem.
Sounds like the classic symptom of a slipping clutch
disc. It's worn out and has to be replaced. Your
flywheel is probably a bit glazed as well, and needs
to be resurfaced.
If you're lucky you can try driving while dropping the
clutch pretty fast for a while... this may help bring
back some surface to the disc & flywheel & stop the
slipping under heavy load...but to be honest it sounds
like ....
.... Time for a clutch job!
