Scott. I just did the same job and the advice I was given was "if you pull your trans, always replace the clutch plate, throwout bearing and pilot bearing." They are cheap compared to having to pull the trans and do the job later. Besides, you will then know the condition of everything in there and can get a good nights sleep.
