[Fot] Reinstate Jay Creel into FOT

Please welcome back Spitfire racer Jay Creel into FOT. He and his Dad Jack are 
long time Triumph racers. Jay dropped out of FOT due to some e-mail issues.
Jay is restoring Jackâ??s TR4 and we hope to see him on track again next year.
