I used motul for years until I had a 5 minute stop during an enduro and my
brakes boiled from the heat. I now use Castrol SRF "gold" which has a higher
boiling point, but my GT6 really heats up the front brakes.
In any case, never had any compatibility issues with the girling parts, but I
pull them apart and rebuild everything at least once a year - except for the
rear wheel cylinders which I just check for leaks occasionally.
